The Samsung Group (Korean: 삼성 그룹, Hanja: 三星 그룹 Samsŏng Kŭrup) (KRX: 005930, KRX: 005935) is the world's largest conglomerate by revenue, headquarted in Seocho Samsung Town, Seoul, South Korea. It is South Korea's largest chaebol and composed of numerous international affilated businesses, most of them united under the Samsung brand, including Samsung Electronics, the world's largest electronics company, Samsung Heavy Industries, one of the world's largest shipbuilders and Samsung Engineering & Construction, a major global construction company.
